I'm confused as to why I paid for rural shipping and to then be phoned by PBT to say that NZPost has sent my blinds back to PBT as they can't deliver them because they are too long, and PBT don't cover my (rural) area. They were then delivered to my rural address today, after being asked form y personal address in Palmerston North and told they would be delivered to my home today. The blinds were shipped on 13th September.

The Blinds and service from you was A+, but , the blinds were delivered to PBT Couriers on Monday 27th March, and there they sat until delivery on the 2nd April! I did ring PBT 3 times, wanting delivery date. On the 1st April I said if not delivered on the 2nd the blinds were of no use to me and would have to go back to RnBs to be held on my return home.
The blinds are now fitted and are millimetre perfect, and very well made. Would recommend RnB to anyone, but please don't use PBT couriers to deliver to me!!!

The updates are a fantastic part of the customer experience.
The shade blind arrived an was exactly what we wanted.
The only part that lets you down is your delivery.
My package was physically dropped at my door in the rain, not even a knock on the door.
Driving was seen walking through our garden when leaving.
The package was dispatched on Thursday and did not arrive until Monday afternoon, just under 100km as the crow flies.
However I am very pleased with the product and will be ordering more.

Just received our order today. My biggest fear was that I measured incorrectly even though I was using a digital laser measuring device. Read all the instructions and was a bit confused however we soon worked it our. I’ve never installed blinds before and used to pay big bucks for an interior designer to do something that was so easy.
So happy with our colour, fabric and fitting options.
We ordered two large sunscreen blinds for our lounge and master bedroom. I will be placing an order soon for the other bedrooms.

It was amazing how good I was kept informed by Rods and Blinds from the minute they got my order, helping me making the right colour choice, the process through the factory making the blinds and the delivery.
The when we unpacked and installed the roller blinds we were very satisfied with the quality of the roller blinds. Exactly how and what we wanted. Theroller blinds look great! And the price is very affordable for custom-made roller blinds.

I ordered new curtain rods for 6 different size windows and sunscreen blinds for 4 windows. I was very impressed with the quality of both the curtain tracks and the blinds. I was nervous that my measurements for the sunscreen blinds would not be exact but they all fitted Perfectly!
I was very happy with the different choices of color too

I've put my blinds up today and I'm thrilled to say I got the measurements right so all 7 fit perfectly, and I'm even more excited to say they exceed my expectation! I selected the sunscreen blinds and I'm amazed at how effective they are. Not only are they keeping the sun off the furniture they lower the temperature inside so have made it much more pleasant in the high temp summer we're having.
