Having been so pleased with our first order a number of months ago, we didn't for one moment consider going anywhere else but rods&blinds for this recent order. The slightly longer delay in having our order arrive was understandable and we lived OK with that. The quality and finish of the product had us most satisfied.

Beautifully made. I am happy. I especially love how the brackets don't interfere with the sliding of the curtains as this is normally an issue when you purchase standard curtain rods. This way you can put the brackets absolutely anywhere you want. I also love how its one continuous sized rod, NOT a rode that extends out with one end being fatter than the other. Absolutely wonderful design. I wont be going anywhere else for my rods anymore. thank you.

Great quality products at great prices, the same products were 50% more at a comparable online competitor.
A few minor issues with our order, we were followed up for payment even though we'd paid straight away as per online instruction.
Two minor quality control issues, one blind was made with the control on the wrong side but the customer service team were quick to reply to my email late on a Friday afternoon to assist me in changing the control myself also we were one set of screws short which was a minor nusiance but I just found some at home. None of these small issues would stop me shopping here again and overall we were very happy with the results.

Elegance: 10% Openess Range - New Slate (5306)
A lengthy delay in receiving my order due to Christmas, took almost an additional month to receive. But, extremely happy with the Sunscreen Blind. Difficult to choose something like this online and being comfortable with all the details included, hoping it is going to look like the image in your head. But it does. And the functionality is perfect. Not only takes that blinding sun away from my kitchen window but you can feel it cut that heat the lower the blind goes. Full view to the outdoors and complete privacy looking in from outside. I will be continuing with these around the house and this will also eliminate the need for flyscreens hopefully. Its a yes from me.
