Townsend & Townsend WiFi Hub
I ordered a mix of manual blinds and motorized with the hope of running them through my phone / home automation. what was vague in the ordering is the need for both a remote and the townsend hub to even use the blinds, most of the documentation actually says " includes remote" however this is an optional extra that is charged separately. This should be explicit as i had to wait for the hub to arrive on reaslizing in could not connect to them at all and now I have to wait again on realizing the hub wont work without the remote. Im fairly technically minded but this is not clear at all nor is locating instructions on setting this up.
