I didn't receive a reply when I emailed for estimated shipping date confirmation.
However, when the order arrived, we were very impressed with the quality and price of our blinds. The dimensional accuracy of all of our blinds (large order of 31 blinds) is A1. Very happy, we'll be returning customers for sure!

My 3 day turn around blinds have now taken over two weeks and their still not here! Only found out they wouldn't be 3 days after I contacted them after a week as I hadn't received them yet. The material was out of stock and they were not sure when the stock would be in.
They were kind enough to change the fabric colour to get them done but im still waiting for my blinds, which I'm sure will be lovely as all my other blinds I've bought from here have been.
Don't advertise 3 day turnaround blinds if you can't provide that service, a little disappointed ☹️

Delivery to my home address seemed to be an issue forcing me to get the product sent to a shop in Westport. I am not sure why you are the only company that had a problem delivering here as I have purchased many products including fencing equipment and all have been delivered to my door without any issues.

Great product and quality. Looks very sleek and our curtains are gliding on these rods like a train on rails. The trick is the flat top... clever, to reduce friction. Would definitely buy again.

Amazed again by the quality of packaging of my tracks - they were nearly 3m long and I had to store them for 6 weeks after arrival in a rough old shed. They came out of the packing unscathed and looking fantastic, I'm a big fan of the bracket system and these are as good as anything I've seen professionally fitted.

Very helpfull staff,as I wanted two blinds to spread over a 3.4 meter window i wanted to know what the gap was between the blinds,the
pearson I spoke to explaind that it should present no problems.when I fitted them they perfectly match up with a very small space between them, in fact from most ngles they look as if they are one long blind.Also they are very easy to fit and look very good, Thanks guys

TOO EASY!!! The prices are amazing for great quality products. I wont go anywhere else for blinds or rods! We have used Rods & blinds on several occasions over the years and never disappointed. The blinds fit perfectly and super easy to install, did the whole house in half an hour. The edges are cut so perfectly, no sign of any fraying. Will be ordering more for the conservatory, can highly recommend these guys.

Really happy with the service and product. I initially got a quote from a local company and also fell over at the price. I was going to have to go for metal venetians over the thicker wood look due to affordability then I found Rods and Blinds. It was a quarter of the price, obviously had to install ourselves but that wasnt hard. So pleased with the final look. Furthermore one blind was damaged on delivery and the customer service team were really prompt at finding a solution. I thought I would have to send it back which i wasnt keen to do due to the logistics but nope instead they send out a whole new blind the day I emailed. So a happy customer here
