I was very pleased with the custom-length curtain tracks I purchased from you. From ordering through to delivery, your service was prompt and your customer support team was responsive. The tracks were of excellent quality, which gave me the confidence to place another order with you for Venetian blinds. Thank you for the excellent service.

Order updates were awesome, I always knew what was happening with the blinds and which stage they were at in the process. They are extremely high quality and fit into the spaces perfectly.

Rod and Blinds are great to deal with. A very good price and the service is good also with communication etc and nothing is too much trouble for them if you contact them, they are straight onto it. Have been using them for 12 years now and products are of good quality. Would highly recommend them to anybody who needs their service to use them.
My daughter is building a new house and is going to use them as she like their products and with the service I received from them.
Can't fault them, highly recommend them. AAA+++
Many thanks for the service you provide to me over the years and to this day also.

Designer Double Track. (for all types of pleated curtains) - Classic White
A five-star rating really doesn’t do justice to the amazing service I received with my recent order.
Juggling a renovation from a distance and ordering materials from outside the region, I did wonder what could possibly go wrong. With Rod & Blinds, the answer was absolutely nothing!
My order was completed in what seemed like record time and dispatched exactly when you said it would be. Your team is next level — and then another level up again!
Heartfelt thanks to everyone at Rod & Blinds for getting my order sorted and dispatched so incredibly quickly. It made one small part of a long-distance renovation so much easier.
Outstanding service. Thank you! ?????

Would’ve liked to have been advised of the delays in completing and dispatching my order.
Secondly, the info sheet stated the installation was an easy process so long as I had a ‘screw driver’ of which o have many(both flat head and Phillips). This would’ve been correct if I hadn’t have been supplied with little square head screws-who has a screw driver that fits these!!!!
A trip to Bunnings was required….not happy.

Sheerview: Super Sheer Sunscreen Range - Sheerview: Grey (6666)
I would have liked an update on how my order was processing on the estimated arrival date. That was the 11th Aug and I got an email on the 19th Aug that they had got to final inspection. We found the screws provided were of poor quality, the heads stripped out while using a screwdriver straight away, we would also have been short of screws, we appeared to have a single screw for each keeper, when there are two needed. For the small cost if screws it seems a shame to have a slightly negative experience, as I am really happy with blinds and the ordering process.

Roller blinds arrived in perfect order. Super easy to install. Fit is spot on and look great. My partner didn't notice them until the next morning as they blend in nicely with the decor. What she DID notice was how the heat pump kept switching off faster than normal.
Thanks for a top product and I would not hesitate to recommend Rods and Blinds

Our blind arrived in oerfect condition and we hung it today. It fits great and matches the ones we bought 4 yrs ago. Once again we are thrilled.this blind was to hang over a door to our internal garage to allow our wee dogs to go outside while still keeping the heat in.

The blinds are fabulous. I was hesitant about ordering two bold colours but they were installed today and I love them. My only negative comment is that when you received the order you gave a completion date and a promise of constant communication through the manufacturing process. Neither of these were achieved, I had to call you after the due date to find out what was happening. However this fades into insignificance now they are here. Thank you.

The process has been slow, and I was advised yesterday (16th) that my package was on its way. However, the tracking shows it's been allocated a label and is still sitting booked for collection over a day later. This will be 2 weeks later than expected. You may want to adjust you promised shipping times :)
