Very pleased with the blinds especially how easy they were to install. Could not fault any thing. Contact through emails were efficient, had read in other comments about delays but they made contact and I was happy to wait. I was glad measurements were correct, that was my only worry. So I was happy to pay extra if it came to any incorrect measurements. Thanks rods and blinds would definitely recommend to others!

A really good curtain rod system. I hung eyelet curtains but if I want to change them later, the same rods take sliders, great to have future options.

Curtain rails look great. Arrived in good time and I was kept up to date with the progess of my order. Packaged well and arrived in great condition. I have not been able to find the detailed instructions on how to install yet but maybe it is wrapped up with one of the rails.

You really shouldn't promote a 3 day shipping unless you can do it.
2 orders in the last two months, first took almost 1 month to ship, the second 4 days because I called and chased it up when it showed "small delays to your order".
Products are good, but service can be improved

Just completed the replacement of sunfilters throughout our home with Venetian blinds. From ordering to easy installation the process was seamless. We are very happy with the end result - our 1970’s house has a whole new look. A very cost effective upgrade option.

Not for the first time I have had to chase my order several times and leaving several messages that were not returned, i can only conclude the order was lost again. This last order took close to 2mths to arrive. I continue to order from your company due to the products being great quality. I recommend following up on your orders weekly to ensure the customer knows why the order is taking longer.
