Fabulous tracks! They are solid, well-made tracks; you wouldn't know the corner was inserted. They were easy to deal with and delivered quickly. I would recommend them, and I will be getting more tracks from them in the future.

Delivery was two weeks later than promised unfortunately, with no updates provided unless I chased you.
Other than that the product itself was perfect.

I ordered beginning of January, where I then emailed about the dispatch date. It's now been a week late since the original dispatch date. Would've been nice to have better communication rather than it taking 3 weeks for them to get back to my original email.
Previous orders from this company have been a lot faster. Hopefully this turns up on time and undamaged :)

I was told the rods I ordered would be shipped on the 20th December - this didn't happen so we could not hang curtains for rooms where we had visitors staying over the holidays. It appears that nothing happened about the shipping until I phoned (emails did not get any replies) after the Christmas holidays.

Blinds are all great quality and easy to install. The blackout blinds that are fitted inside the frame let alot of light through the sides and tops so you dont really get a blackout affect. We also have curtains so its not as much of an issue but something to consider if you are only having blinds.
