We did find that communication of progress was relatively poor and often had to call to figure out what was going on and ensure there was nothing blocking progress

Curtain rails look great. Arrived in good time and I was kept up to date with the progess of my order. Packaged well and arrived in great condition. I have not been able to find the detailed instructions on how to install yet but maybe it is wrapped up with one of the rails.

The double track I bought is excellent. The curtains glide effortlessly. Installation was easy but the square head screws were a bit of a pain to work with. The tracks have a great, low profile. I'm really happy with them.

We ordered 4.7 m double track. Arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. Manufacture is perhaps a little slow but it was made to order. 2 70 year olds installed today

The Elements Designer Series Double Tracks are just perfect! They were easy to fit, make heavy curtains glide super smooth and look fantastic. I'm now measuring up the remaining rooms to complete the look throughout my home.

I had a few detailed questions before ordering, which were answered really clearly. The product arrived ahead of schedule, and when opened was exactly as described. I especially like the concealed fix on the brackets, very clever and a great look when installed. You should have some pictures of these, they are a real selling point, i think. Final result: awesome!
