Very pleased with the blinds especially how easy they were to install. Could not fault any thing. Contact through emails were efficient, had read in other comments about delays but they made contact and I was happy to wait. I was glad measurements were correct, that was my only worry. So I was happy to pay extra if it came to any incorrect measurements. Thanks rods and blinds would definitely recommend to others!

Having been so pleased with our first order a number of months ago, we didn't for one moment consider going anywhere else but rods&blinds for this recent order. The slightly longer delay in having our order arrive was understandable and we lived OK with that. The quality and finish of the product had us most satisfied.

Great quality products at great prices, the same products were 50% more at a comparable online competitor.
A few minor issues with our order, we were followed up for payment even though we'd paid straight away as per online instruction.
Two minor quality control issues, one blind was made with the control on the wrong side but the customer service team were quick to reply to my email late on a Friday afternoon to assist me in changing the control myself also we were one set of screws short which was a minor nusiance but I just found some at home. None of these small issues would stop me shopping here again and overall we were very happy with the results.

Very happy with these blinds - very well made with quality products. The roller cap for the architrave fit is a tidy finish. A great range of light filter fabrics (lots more than other companies). Dispatch date was later than stated but we weren’t in a rush.
There was a glitch on the website and I got charged shipping but I rang to query it and it was quickly rectified.
Will happy order again - thanks team!

Rods & Blinds did a great job of the blinds and turned them around quickly. The freight company took longer than usual to deliver them but Rods & Blinds got hold of them and sorted it all out. Very pleased and would highly recommend them!
