Thermal backed roller blinds - why they are so popular

Here at Rods and Blinds we are pleased to offer thermal blinds that give added insulation to your home and are ideal for living areas and bedrooms. Generally thermal backed blinds have a softer look and feel than ordinary roller blinds, and there are some superb tactile finishes available. This type of blind does not have a separate thermal lining- the themal lining is directly fused to the fabric.

We proudly offer four online ranges to you, each with their unique characteristics. Astia and Chelsea ranges are from Four Families fabric house and have an elegant embossed texture woven through the fabric. These ranges have a stong selection of neutral colors that goes well with any decor.
Urbanshade is a particular favorite of mine as it is designed and manufactured right here in New Zealand and exported all over the world. It has a soft, luxurious feel to it and offers possibly the best insulation properties of all our ranges. Finally we have Aston and Daintree both from Shaw of Australia. Subtle weaving techniques enhance the beautiful textures and colors.
